The Admissions Manager is expected to engage proactively in school life and initiatives and will serve as the primary point of contact for the school community. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Act as a liaison with departments at headquarters;
- Support the Head of School in the planning and execution of school projects/events;
- Maintain regular communication with school families, ensuring efficient and effective information flow;
- Manage cross-channel leads, guiding prospective students and their families throughout the entire admissions process;
- Help design, plan, and deliver awareness and recruitment events (e.g., Open Days);
- Support the Management Team with the analysis, management, and reporting of structured data and statistics, as well as in the monitoring and planning of Marketing, Sales, and Admissions division activities. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**




- Excellent organizational and analytical skills to effectively manage day-to-day operations and meet work targets;
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with prospective families and provide effective support;
- Negotiation skills and well-developed soft skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, results-oriented mindset, and confidence in achieving and exceeding goals;
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work methodically, and stay calm under pressure;
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Proficiency in English (C1 level);
