The "Internship" Level is the main entry point into ELC, important to understand the work environment within a dynamic and multinational context, to get to know the world of beauty and to have a highly formative experience regardless of role and function. **#ELC Supply Chain** **The Role** **Key Performance Areas**
- Manage the ARIBA platform and related requests (POs, OTV, new vendor requests, etc.);
- Manage the reporting dashboards (Power BI, spend management, savings calculation, open POs, etc.);
- Support the finalization of supply contracts and manage workflows through DocuSign;
- Contribute to vendor segmentation and performance monitoring (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews);
- Encourage innovation and sustainability initiatives (Gift & Premiums, VM & SD, Print category management). **Requirements**: - Strong analytical skills;
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.) and PowerPoint;
- Fluent in English and Italian;
- Strong planning and prioritization abilities;
- Excellent communication and teamwork orientation;
- Problem-solving mindset;
- Enthusiasm and passion for learning and growth.
