The British School Group Fiumicino is a dynamic and growing English language school committed to providing high-quality language education in a supportive and professional environment. We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven individual to lead our local branch as Branch Manager. **The Role**: The Branch Manager will be the face of our school in Fiumicino, responsible for the overall success of the branch. This is a crucial leadership role that requires a blend of academic oversight, business acumen, and strong personnel management skills. **Required Skills and Experience**: - Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably within the education or service sector.
- Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken) - **C1/C2 level required**.




- **Strong teaching/academic background** (e.g., TEFL/CELTA certification, teaching experience, or academic management experience is highly desirable).
- Demonstrable **commercial and sales skills** with a track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Part-time Retribuzione: €20.000,00 - €30.000,00 all'anno Ore previste: non più di 38 a settimana Benefit: - Flessibilità oraria
