**LAMEZIA TERME - SUF** ** ENGLISH KNOWLEDGE** ** WORK SHIFTS** SEAS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Station Manager to oversee operations at Lamezia Terme Airport (SUF) and Reggio Calabria Airport (REG). ** Key Responsibilities**: - Manage and supervise all operational activities within the station and hangars, ensuring adherence to SEAS and regulatory standards.
- Monitor the condition of facilities, tools, and equipment, ensuring they meet operational and safety requirements.
- Oversee staff competencies, including On-the-Job Training (OJT), authorizations, and approvals.
- Coordinate the personnel assessment process in collaboration with departments such as Quality Assurance (QA) and Planning.
- Ensure optimal use and maintenance of station and hangar resources, tools, and
