**Salary**: €45k - 50k per year + MBO

- Drive performance through passion, accountability, and a culture of ownership.
- Oversee all boutique operations - from KPIs, CRM, and after-sales to reporting and visual standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail, VM, and Buying teams to elevate store performance.
- Analyze sales trends and propose innovative business actions to exceed targets and enhance profitability.
- Act as a true Brand Ambassador, embodying the house values and delivering an exceptional client experience. **Your Profile**:



- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Store Manager, Concession Manager, or Floor Manager within a Luxury or Premium brand.
- Proven expertise in women’s RTW and a deep understanding of luxury clientele expectations.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development, coaching, and talent growth.
- Proficient in KPI management, CRM, clienteling, merchandising, and inventory control.
