As **Maitre**, you will welcome our guest and, with your strong passion and exceptional knowledge of food & drink, you will delight and surprise them, creating a marvellous experience at our restaurant. Your responsibilities include: - Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient table assignments.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Develop and maintain regular clientele to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Anticipates the requests and needs of our guests with an intuitive service.
- Hold strong working knowledge of the local hospitality market.
- Create a warm atmosphere where guests comes to enjoy their time.
- Pay attention and respond appropriately to dissatisfied guests to ensure their satisfaction.
