With the aim of strengthening our Team in **the Czech Republic**, we are recruiting a **Commercial Manager for Eye care & Skin care.** **Main Responsibilities:**
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics that align with the Company's overall business objectives and goals
- Creating and managing the sales budget to ensure targets are met and profitability is maintained
- Developing and keeping the relation with wholesalers and pharmacy chains
- Managing and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets, customer satisfaction, and growth
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams within the company, including sales, marketing, medical affairs, and operations, to achieve the company goals
- Analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies and tactics and identify new business opportunities. Provide regular reports and feedback, market insight and intelligence to the Company's senior management team




- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders and professional organizations within the assigned therapeutic areas
- Attend and participate in pharmaceutical conferences and other events to stay informed on industry developments and to network with other professionals
- Ensuring Affiliate compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures **Requirements**: - University degree in Life Sciences or Economics
- Minimum Experience Required: 7-10 years in similar role with similar responsibilities
- Solid background in Sales and Marketing
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
- Czech language proficiency and strong command of Business English **Our offer**: - Open ended contract
- Salary between € 1,200.000 CZK - 1,506,960.00 CZK
