Position Summary As a Formulation Manufacturing Supervisor ,
you will lead daily manufacturing operations in a sterile production environment, ensuring compliance with GMP, safety, quality, and production targets. You will be responsible for supervising and developing a team of approximately 50 employees, coordinating formulation activities, optimizing production performance, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. Working cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain, you will drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and a strong culture of safety and compliance. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily sterile manufacturing activities in compliance with GMP and company procedures. Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 50 operators and technicians.
