The Account Manager North Italy is responsible for: Developing and implementing a sales strategy for the assigned territory to ensure the achievement of agreed financial targets; Planning and conducting regular visits to existing customers to monitor their needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction; Managing Channel Partners effectively, driving their sales force to meet and exceed targets; Reviewing and validating the sales funnel to assess realistic win probabilities and preparing periodic reports on sales performance and opportunities; Conduct demonstrations independently or with the support of an application specialist across key specialties including neurosurgery, ophthalmology, ENT, spine, and plastic surgery.
