This position reports to: Service Sales Support Manager Your role and responsibilities You will play an important part in the Local Division EL Service's ongoing development in Italy, contributing to the growth of an integrated Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) support team. You will provide technical and commercial support across the Low Voltage service portfolio, helping customers maintain the reliability and performance of their existing LCM breaker installations while identifying opportunities for modernization and upgrade projects.



On a daily basis, you will support the development of service proposals and work closely with the Sales team throughout the customer lifecycle, from supporting installed legacy LCM breakers through our service offerings to assessing and recommending modernization solutions when appropriate. Acting as a trusted technical partner, you will help customers make informed decisions by identifying the most suitable solutions within the EL Service portfolio, while ensuring alignment with ABB's service standards, business objectives, and customer needs.
