In this role, you will help ensure a safe, high-quality, and compliant user experience by reviewing and evaluating video content according to platform policies and guidelines. This position is suitable for candidates with or without prior contact center experience, as full training will be provided. What You Will Do Review, analyze, and moderate video content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards. Accurately identify and flag content that violates guidelines related to safety, quality, or legal requirements. Make consistent and well-reasoned decisions based on internal policies and procedures.

Maintain high productivity and quality standards while handling sensitive or challenging content. Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation processes and content accuracy. Stay up to date with policy updates and apply changes effectively in daily tasks. What We Are Looking For Native or near-native German proficiency. B2 level or higher in English. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to work on-site in Lisbon (LACS Santos). Comfort working with digital content and online platforms.
