you will report directly to the Performance Excellence Director and lead high-impact projects supporting business growth, client transitions, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will act as a key driver of operational transformation, ensuring projects are delivered successfully while creating measurable value for clients and the business. What You'll Do Project & Transition Management Lead end-to-end client transitions, from planning and implementation through stabilization and hypercare. Manage complex regional projects involving multiple workstreams, countries, stakeholders, and operational teams. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, and governance structures. Ensure all project objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved on time and within scope.
