This position is primarily responsible for providing support for AV conference spaces and systems. The successful candidate will provide technical and general support to ensure proper availability and functionality of AV spaces and equipment,



as well as rapid-response troubleshooting expertise.Key Responsibilities:Provide white-glove technical support for internal, customer, and C-level executive meetings.Proactively identify potential AV issues and provide solutions to address concerns or needs. Demonstrate strong working knowledge of video conferencing services such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and WebEx.Bring technical expertise and guidance for the deployment and operation of Crestron Flex and Polycom VTC codec systems.Proactively monitor and manage conference room booking systems, assisting customers with room reservations when spaces are under repair.Review standard setup specifications for meetings and conferences.Contact clients to ensure proper setup of configurable rooms per specifications, including table layout, airwall opening and closure, and technology configuration such as microphones and projection equipment.Ensure cleanliness, temperature, and functionality of conference rooms.Apply electronics troubleshooting skills to determine a
