The Level 2 Agent must have strong Aftersales automotive and technical diagnosis experience.
**Technical skills**: - Practical and theoretical knowledge of automotive technology, knowledge of diagbox/Witech (Diagnostic Tool) usage, knowledge of wiring diagrams.
- Must have at least one specific knowledge on (to be able to integrate s specific team of Level 2) : Chassis and Body and telematic,



multiplexage, Over Air update
- Low emission vehicle (LEV, PHEV )
- Gasoline/Diesel Engine and Gearbox
- Ability to summarize, author and communicate verbally. **Behavioural Skills**: - Sensitive to customer service and costs.
- Organizational ability and ability to coordinate a cross-disciplinary team.
- An educator, good verbal and written communication, open-minded, good interpersonal skills.
- Good organization and a self-starter to manage his/her time and priorities. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**
