- Free company parking **Description of Main Activities/Responsibilities**: - Chemical and physical analyses of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products
- Microbiological analyses of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products
- Sensory analysis of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products
- Calibration of instruments
- Issuance of certificates of analysis
- Shelf-life analysis of finished products
- Support activities for quality assurance (environmental swabbing, description of analytical methods,



documentation of laboratory equipment usage) **Requirements**: - **Education**: Degree in Food Science & Technologies.
- **Professional Skills**: Analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret and analyze results.
- **Experience**: 1+ years of experience in the role in food companies.
- **Language Skills**: Italian & English language knowledge is mandatory.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Behavioral Requirements**:teamwork, ability to adapt in a dynamic company, precision and attention to details, Strong interest and passion for quality and the food industry. **Details**:
**Location**: Gallarate (VA)
**Working hours**: Tempo pieno, 40h/week, from Monday to Friday, with weekend availability required on a rotational basis within the team to ensure laboratory coverage, as production operates 7/7.
