The role
The role supports Parts processes within the Process & Tools organization. The position contributes to the maintenance, improvement, and standardization of operational processes, organizational responsibilities, and supporting systems. Working in collaboration with cross‑functional teams, regional stakeholders, and process owners,
the specialist supports process improvement initiatives, operational alignment, and digital enablement activities related to Spare Parts management.
- Support Parts process improvement initiatives, system enablement activities, testing cycles, and change management efforts, contributing to timely execution, and process stabilization.
- Support Regional Commercial, Operations, and COE teams in executing Parts processes across key business systems and tools, including BPM, Oracle, InSPIRe, and ALMA.
- Assist operational teams by monitoring process performance indicators, preparing reports, and identifying trends to support business objectives related to Parts management.
- Identify process inefficiencies, gaps, and operational challenges within Spare Parts processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with process owners and stakeholders.
