SAP HCM German Payroll, Benefits & Time Management (Priorità Alta)

Role: SAP HCM Consultant – German Payroll, Benefits & Time Management

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in German Payroll, Benefits administration (including betriebliche Altersvorsorge) and Time Management.

Responsibilities
- Analyze, customize and support SAP HCM Payroll processes for Germany.
- Configure and maintain Benefits Management solutions, with a focus on occupational pension schemes (betriebliche Altersvorsorge).
- Implement and optimize SAP HCM Time Management functionalities.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting and issue resolution.




- Support payroll runs and ensure compliance with German legal requirements.
- Participate in enhancement and implementation projects.

Requirements
- Strong experience with SAP HCM German Payroll.
- Proven knowledge of Benefits Management, especially betriebliche Altersvorsorge.
- Solid experience in SAP HCM Time Management.
- Experience in SAP customization and support activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Language Skills
- German language skills are strongly preferred.
- English language skills are acceptable.
