YellowSquare is looking for Square Enthusiasts to join our teams in Rome, Milan, Florence, and Athens. This isn’t your typical 9-to-5: you’ll be the heart of the guest experience, juggling roles between the Reception and the Bar. **What you’ll do**: - Welcoming guests with a smile, managing check-ins, and handling check-outs;
- Serving coffee and drinks, chatting with guests, and being the life of the party behind the bar;
- Promoting hostel events and local city experiences to make every stay unforgettable;
- Being a proactive problem-solver and keeping operations smooth;
- Cooperating with the whole crew to keep the energy high across all departments. **What you’ll bring**: - At least 1 year of experience in similar roles (Reception, Bartending, or Barista);
- Team spirit: the ability to collaborate across different departments;
- Flexibility: ready to work 5 days a week on a shift schedule (including nights and weekends);
- Excellence in customer service and a genuine passion for hospitality;
- High proficiency in spoken English (local languages or other foreign languages are a huge plus!). **Note**: Do you feel you lack experience but your energy and commitment make up for it?
