As Business Development Manager, you will drive growth across North America by introducing clients to Spencer’s high-touch corporate travel management model. You’ll build a strong sales pipeline, develop relationships, and convert prospects into long-term partnerships, collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll craft tailored value propositions that improve traveler experience, duty of care, and program visibility, while guiding clients from discovery through onboarding. This is a growth-focused role in a collaborative, client-centered environment with a clear impact on company expansion.

- Identify and pursue new corporate travel prospects across industries and geographies
- Build and manage a structured sales pipeline targeting complex travel needs
- Conduct outreach via calls, email, networking, events, and referrals
- Lead discovery conversations to understand travel programs, pain points, and decision processes




- Develop value propositions that improve traveler experience and program visibility
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and business cases for prospects
- Manage opportunities from first contact to onboarding and early client success
- Track prospect and forecast data in Salesforce
- Assist in go-to-market planning, campaigns, and sales enablement
- Represent SCTNA at industry events and client meetings to boost brand visibility
- Maintain post-sale engagement and identify growth opportunities within accounts
- Collaborate with operations and travel advisors to ensure feasible solutions
- Execute client onboarding plans and ensure smooth transitions from sales to service delivery
- Travel to client sites and industry events as needed
- 3+ years of B2B sales, business development, or corporate travel sales experience
- Proven success in identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportu
