As Allianz Technology’s AI Use Case Lead, you drive the identification, prioritisation, and delivery of practical AI opportunities to create measurable value. You will bridge business functions with the AI ecosystem, coordinating governance, risk, and vendor relationships. In this role you shape business cases, define success KPIs, and oversee delivery and adoption of AI solutions. You work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and responsible governance, enabling scalable AI-enabled value.

- Build and manage the use case pipeline
- Define business cases and success KPIs
- Manage business and technology stakeholders
- Coordinate external vendors and partners




- Support budgeting, demand management, and investment governance processes
- Monitor benefits and results achieved
- Support the adoption of implemented solutions
- Ensure proper oversight of governance, risk, and compliance aspects
- Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Innovation, or Consulting
- Solid experience as a Technical Project Manager and/or in pre-sales roles for complex IT solutions
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts, and project governance
- Knowledge of the main AI and GenAI technologies
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Strong orientation toward results and value creation
