The Job’s Mission:

As Senior Manager Brand Marketing you are the EMEA-wide leader of our Visualization Business. You will lead, develop and inspire a team of seasoned professionals in Brand, Product Management and Sales Enablement – as well as set strategic direction towards market share growth through the formulation and execution of effective marketing plans.

What you will do:
- In your new role, you will start with a familiarization phase to learn about our portfolio and build relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of approximately 4 direct reports and 9 indirect reports,



fostering a growth‑oriented environment and coaching your team to reach their full potential.
- In alignment with global strategy and in collaboration with internal stakeholders, define and execute the annual and long‑range marketing strategy/plan for our EMEA Visualization business, ensuring the organization meets growth, profitability, and market‑share goals.
- Collaborate closely with EMEA sales leadership to align marketing and commercial priorities, driving market growth.
- Develop key relationships with industry/market thought leaders, organizations, institutions, key customers, etc. generating strategic insights and deep understanding of customer needs.
- Lead and oversee EMEA strategies for market access, government affairs and health‑economics initiatives, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to deliver business‑enabling solutions for the sales organization.
- Define and execute regional product life cycles, including launch and phase‑out of product
