All activities will be carried out within delivery projects of the company’s products for medium and large-sized clients, both in the Italian and international markets. The candidate will also be responsible for managing their technical team.Main responsibilities:* Preparation of technical analyses for the requested developments, in line with the parameters provided by the Client or the Project Manager;* Coordination of development activities and task assignment, ensuring agreed quality standards and timelines are met;* Support as Technical Designer for new projects, in order to achieve the best results in terms of quality and performance;* Software release and technical support during the analysis phase, acting as a point of reference for resolving issues related to projects in production (bugs or performance problems).Required qualifications:* At least 3–6 years of experience in developing web applications with complex databases;* Kn
