The Role
Haemonetics is seeking a commercially driven and strategic National Sales Manager to lead its Blood Management business in Italy, covering haemostasis management (TEG), Cell Salvage, and associated services .
This role combines strategic leadership, team development, and full commercial accountability , with a focus on driving sustainable growth and strengthening long‐term partnerships across the Italian healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities
As National Sales Manager, you will:
Define and execute the national commercial strategy across capital, consumables, and service solutions
Own revenue performance and AOP delivery across Italy
Drive a programmatic, Patient Blood Management (PBM)-led approach to unlock clinical and economic value




Lead complex capital sales, tenders, and competitive conversion opportunities
Build and maintain senior relationships with clinicians, hospital management, procurement bodies, and regional decision-makers
Manage and optimise a network of agents and distributors, ensuring alignment to strategy, performance expectations, and brand standards
Ensure robust forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM discipline
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Service, and EMEA leadership teams
Team Leadership
You Will Lead a Multidisciplinary Team, Including
Territory Sales Managers
Clinical Specialists
Business Development Manager(s)
In addition, you will have oversight of external commercial partners , including agents and distributors across key regions.
