Avio Aero seeks a senior manager for the FLIGHT DECK program to guide a major transformation across the Business Unit. You will partner with the BU General Manager, set the transformation roadmap, and drive lean initiatives that align with the Avio Aero strategy.
You will coach commercial teams, promote a continuous improvement culture, and report on KPI improvements. The role requires an engineering background, strong leadership, and English fluency.
