Your mission
As a Business Developer, you will play a key role in expanding SPIN360's client portfolio and strengthening our market presence, with a primary focus on the fashion & luxury, leather & tanning, agroindustry, chemicals, textile and automotive industries. You will work alongside our consulting and technical teams to identify growth opportunities, develop compelling business proposals, and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners, contributing directly to our mission of driving meaningful, data-driven sustainability transitions.

Key Responsibilities
Support the design and development of business proposals, pitches, and client presentations aligned with SPIN360's sustainability advisory offer
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities within target industries
Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business development opportunities across both existing and potential client segments
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders




Collaborate closely with the consulting team to ensure seamless alignment between commercial activities and project delivery

Your profile
Technical Skills & Knowledge
Solid understanding of market analysis methodologies and business strategy frameworks
Familiarity with sustainability strategies, preferably within the fashion and/or luxury sectors
Working knowledge of key sustainability standards and global ESG frameworks, including GRI, ESRS, and the GHG Protocol

Education, Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management Engineering, or a related field
4+ years of experience in business development or project management within a sustainability or ESG-focused environment
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Soft Skills
Self-driven and capable
