Gianna Bellucci is a premium European lingerie brand. We design and sell direct to consumer, and Italy is one of our most important markets. We are small, fast, and we do not have layers of approval. You will work directly with the chief marketing officer.We are now building our Italian presence properly: a creator programme with real standards, a community of Gianna Bellucci women in Milan, and a brand that people talk about rather than scroll past.The roleYou will own how Gianna Bellucci shows up in Italy. That means running our creator programme day to day, leading our events in Milan, and being one of the voices that puts the brand in front of Italian media.This is not a purely creative role and it is not purely operational. Roughly three quarters of your week is running the programme: finding creators, negotiating, briefing, chasing content, checking numbers. The other quarter is creative: organising events, leading a podcast, giving interviews, speaking to magazines.The basicsFull-time, based in Milan and working remotely. Reporting to the CMO.
