Experteer Overview In this role you lead the strategic vision for Process Manufacturing sectors across the EMEA region, aligning market insight with regional execution. You drive industry growth, partner with cross-functional teams, and tailor offerings to Food & Beverage, Chemical, and Pharmaceutical segments. You'll shape end-to-end market strategies, support major deals, and engage C-level stakeholders to advance RS value in a complex, multi-country landscape. This is a high-impact role for a data-driven, collaborative leader. value-added solutions and product teams to tailor offerings Coordinate plans with regional leaders for local context adaptation Support strategic deals and major bids; guide tender processes Monitor performance metrics and ensure consistent execution across markets Capture and share local sales practices to support regional action planning Represent RS at industry events and with key clients Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers Responsabilità Senior corporate account management experience with portfolios in the upper tens or hundreds of millions of euros Experience in multi-country or pan-EMEA environments Strategic and commercial understanding of corporate purchasing patterns Operational and project management ability with multiple stakeholders Proven track record in Food & Beverage, Chemicals, or Pharmaceuticals Financial acumen for P&L;, budgets, costs Proactive, results-driven with decisive decisi
