Experteer Overview In this role you will support electrical installation work on a major hyperscale data centre project in Milan, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring compliance with design, programme, safety and quality standards. You will play a key part in technical coordination, documentation control, troubleshooting and project handover. This is a hands‐on, on‐site position that drives safe execution and high‐quality delivery across a large, mission‐critical environment. A strong M&E; contracting background and solid Electrical installation knowledge will help you shape outcomes at scale.
Retribuzione / Benefits Coordinate and review electrical drawings and technical submissions Support electrical installation works in line with project programme Advise subcontractors on technical and compliance matters Monitor subcontractor performance and site progress Ensure compliance with health & safety standards Apply troubleshooting techniques and implement corrective actions Manage document control and maintain updated logs Prepare test packs and handover documentation Drive high housekeeping and safety standards on site Complete weekly safety reporting requirements Responsabilità Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's) 5+ years' experience within an M&E; contracting environment Data centre or mission‐critical experience advantageous Strong knowledge of electrical systems installation and coordination Excellent communication and organisational skills Proficient in MS Word & Excel Requisiti fondamentali Salary 105,000–110,000 Rotation Accommodation Travel EU Allowance Career progression #J-18808-Ljbffr
