Experteer Overview As a Technical Account Manager for AWS Enterprise Support, you will be the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for diverse organizations, guiding cloud adoption and operational health. You'll drive strategic technical discussions with executives, partner with AWS teams to deliver value, and help customers optimize cost and performance. and Sales Account Managers Proactively identify opportunities for additional value from AWS Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, performance metrics, and pre‐launch planning Assist customers migrating workloads to the cloud and uplift capabilities through workshops and training Responsabilità Fluency in Italian and English 3+ years of technical engineering experience Experience operating and troubleshooting in at least one domain (Compute/Storage/Networking/CDN/Databases/Dev Ops/Big Data and Analytics/Security/Applications Development) in a distributed systems environment Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Math/related discipline or 5 years of equivalent work experience Requisiti fondamentali mentorship opportunities AWS certifications travel up to 10% or more career development and training cross‐functional collaboration competitive compensation #J-18808-Ljbffr
