Etinars is seeking an IT Service Management Support Engineer to join their international technical team in Rome. This role involves supporting the operational services of a space ground segment environment for critical space operations.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in operational IT or service management, solid knowledge of ITIL processes, and strong analytical skills. This is a hybrid position, requiring 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.
