Experteer Overview In this Pre‐Sales Solution Engineer role, you partner with sales to align Informatica's solutions with customer visions and drive technical qualification and demonstrations. You work closely with cross‐functional teams to refine product positioning, deliver compelling demos and workshops, and translate technical value into business outcomes. You act as a trusted advisor, bridging technology with customer needs during the sales cycle. This role supports enterprise customers in Italy, contributing to Salesforce's data‐centric AI transformation and customer success goals. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead pre‐delivery activities for customer demos, including discovery, qualification, and presentations Respond to RFIs/RFPs with technical insight and value propositions Manage customer engagements and opportunities with minimal support for assigned accounts Collaborate with Data Foundations, Product Management, Engineering,
and Product Marketing to improve product positioning and marketing outcomes Share best practices and maintain up‐to‐date certification requirements Partner with Customer Success for adoption support and technical advisory activities Provide product direction feedback and support executive‐level events and demos Responsabilità 5+ years of presales/technical sales, industry, or consulting experience Bachelor in Computer Engineering or related field Basic knowledge of hybrid deployment, data warehousing, databases, and BI concepts Strong communication skills for presentations and storytelling Experience engaging with influencers, coaches, decision makers, and partners Ability to travel up to 50% and work flexible hours Experience in data integration, MDM, or data governance is highly preferred Cloud ecosystem knowledge (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure) is preferred Basic knowledge of cloud security is desirable English and Italian language proficiency Degree or equivalent experience Experience in go‐to‐market use cases and customer‐facing
