Experteer Overview In this role you will manage key accounts in the Home Appliance segment within Infineon's SMD team, driving revenue growth and design-wins. You will build strategic partnerships, address customer challenges with cross-functional experts, and report activities proactively. You will collaborate with the European FAE team, Product Experts, and Business Lines to deliver customer-tailored solutions. This position supports Infineon's mission to enable decarbonization and digitalization through innovative semiconductor solutions. You will work in a global, collaborative environment and have visibility across the organization.



Retribuzione / Benefits Achieve and exceed revenue and design-win targets for assigned accounts Build strong customer relationships and foster strategic partnerships Identify and address core customer challenges with internal teams Ensure consistent, proactive reporting of all activities Collaborate with European FAE, Account Management, Product Experts, and Business Lines to implement innovative, customer-tailored solutions Responsabilità Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field 5–10 years of sales/account management experience, preferably with large, complex accounts in semiconductor and/or home appliances Strong collaborative mindset and accountability in a global environment Proven ability to adapt and grow within a large organization Willingness to travel occasionally within Italy and Europe Excellent communication in Italian and English #J-18808-Ljbffr
