Overview In this role you will partner with Sales to translate customer needs into viable technical architectures, shaping solutions from early scoping to contracting. You act as the voice of the customer, ensuring we build features that meet real needs and align with Ingenico platforms. You lead technical discussions, demos, and roadmaps, helping to define delivery approaches and win strategic deals. This is a cross-functional, hands-on role focused on delivering sound, priced solutions that scale with customers' payments ecosystems. Responsibilities Architect technical solutions with cross-functional teams (KAMS, GTO, Managed Services) Lead technical whiteboarding and scoping sessions with customers Create solution overviews, integration diagrams,



and delivery assumptions Validate feasibility and compatibility with Ingenico platforms and services Contribute to SOWs with architecture and technical dependency details Escalate risks or gaps before contract signature Support handover to delivery teams with clear documentation Assist GTM in identifying early adopters Draft or contribute to VOC/Market Requirement Documents for new product introductions Strong understanding of payment solutions architecture (HW, SW, API integrations) Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications Experience with pre-sales engineering, scoping, or technical consulting Excellent collaboration and communication across commercial and technical teams Organized, customer-oriented, and detail-driven Qualifications Strong understanding of payment solutions architecture (HW, SW, API integrations) — (already listed in responsibilities but may be reiterated as a qualification if needed) Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications Experience with pre-sales engineering, scoping, or technical consulting Excellent collaboration and communication across commercial and technical teams Organized, customer-oriented, and detail-driven #J-18808-Ljbffr
