Our mission is to provide our guests with an outstanding Korean dining experience through excellent food, hospitality, and service. To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for an experienced Head Chef specializing in Korean Cuisine. Job Description As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for the daily management of the kitchen and the preparation of authentic Korean cuisine. You should have proven knowledge and practical experience in Korean cooking and be capable of independently preparing a wide range of traditional Korean dishes. Your responsibilities include: * Preparing authentic Korean dishes independently,
including Korean BBQ, Korean Fried Chicken, and other traditional specialties. * Organizing and supervising the daily kitchen operations. * Planning kitchen production and coordinating workflow. * Monitoring the quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes. * Supervising, training, and supporting kitchen staff. * Managing inventory and ordering ingredients and kitchen supplies. * Maintaining communication with Asian suppliers regarding ingredients, product quality, and inventory management. * Procuring authentic Korean ingredients in a timely manner. * Ensuring compliance with HACCP food safety and hygiene regulations. * Contributing to the development and improvement of menus, recipes, and cooking techniques.
