org is seeking an experienced Freelance Event Specialist to manage on-site logistics for live events in Milan, Italy. The role is a per-event contract and requires strong corporate event experience, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for our mission.
You will coordinate shipping, staffing, check-in, and guest experience, while staying flexible, calm under pressure, and capable of traveling within the local region as needed. This is an on-site role based in Milan.
