In your new role, you will start with a familiarization phase to learn about our portfolio and build relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
Lead, develop, and inspire a team of approximately 4 direct reports and 9 indirect reports, fostering a growth‑oriented environment and coaching your team to reach their full potential.
In alignment with global strategy and in collaboration with internal stakeholders,

define and execute the annual and long‑range marketing strategy/plan for our EMEA Visualization business, ensuring the organization meets growth, profitability, and market‑share goals.
Collaborate closely with EMEA sales leadership to align marketing and commercial priorities, driving market growth.
Develop key relationships with industry/market thought leaders, organizations, institutions, key customers, etc. generating strategic insights and deep understanding of customer needs.
Lead and oversee EMEA strategies for market access, government affairs and health‑economics initiatives, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to deliver business‑enabling solutions for the sales organization.
Define and execute regional product life cycles, including launch and phase‑out of products.
Partner with divisional resources to develop portfolio through new product development, line extensions and M&A; activity
