Experteer Overview In this role, you drive growth by building and managing strategic e Commerce partnerships to boost sales and revenue for the DACH and Italian regions. You'll work with partners and internal teams to create co‐marketing opportunities, monitor performance, and shape programs that unlock mutual value. The role sits at the intersection of business development, communications, and ecosystem development, enabling scale through collaborative strategies. You will partner with cross‐functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes and help Global‐e expand its cross‐border footprint. Retribuzione / Benefits Cultivate and sustain relationships with key e Commerce partners (digital agencies, marketplaces, payment providers, platforms, 3 PL) Collaborate with partners to identify growth opportunities and execute joint marketing campaigns Maintain regular partner updates on referrals, product updates, promotions, and developments Monitor partner performance, analyze data,



and propose optimization actions Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts for mutual terms Identify new market entries and innovative partnership programs Coordinate with Global‐e marketing for high‐impact promotions and co‐sponsorships Create compelling presentations and collateral to showcase partnership value Formulate and execute strategic plans to meet growth targets Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges Collaborate with cross‐functional teams (marketing, sales, customer success, product) to align strategies Track KPIs (referrals, demos, contract size, total contracts) and present insights to stakeholders Develop strong internal partnerships to support activities and serve as primary contact for partners Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field, or 3+ years of equivalent experience Proven track record in e Commerce partnership management or similar role Strong business and financial acumen with excellen
