We are currently hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a leading international technology company based in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a great opportunity for candidates currently living in Italy who are interested in relocating to Portugal while working remotely from within the country. Location: Lisbon, Portugal (remote within Portugal)
7.63/day meal allowance
Remote work based in Portugal
Relocation support package
Optional shared accommodation support for up to 12 months for international candidates (details discussed during interview process)
Optional free Portuguese classes and other activities around Lisbon
Provide support to customers via phone, email, and chat
Assist users with product-related questions and technical issues




Deliver high-quality customer service with empathy and professionalism
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Fluency in Italian and good English level
Customer-oriented mindset
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Schedule
Monday to Saturday (rotational shifts) or Monday to Friday
2 days off per week (Sunday + 1 rotational day)
Schedules may vary depending on project available.
