ppAs Technical Buyer your mission is to manage the relationships with the suppliers, within certain components commodities assigned, in an active way, ensuring that the base of selected suppliers meet and exceed the requirements in terms of bsustainability, quality, price and time to deliver /b.
/p pIn this position you will report to the Team Leader Purchasing.
/p pYou will be responsible: /p ulliDeveloping a network of Suppliers capable of supporting current needs and strategic goals /liliSteering Suppliers selection processes with cost analyses (based on total cost of ownership) /liliLeading negotiations and negotiating supply agreements /liliIdentifying product and/or process optimization, leading to cost reductions /liliFollowing-up suppliers' performances and working on continuous improvement plans /liliWorking on new Product development projects together with colleagues from Engineering department and leading Your own purchasing projects /li /ul h3To succeed, you will need /h3 pbEducational requirements /b Preferably you are an engineer or an economic graduate with experience in manufacturing companies /p pbExperience requirements /b /p ulli1-2 years as a purchasing agent (strategic sourcing) in a multinational corporate environment is a plus /liliWork or academic experience abroad is appreciated /li /ul pbKnowledge requirements /b You have a profound knowledge of Italian and English /p pbPersonality requirements /b /p ulliYou have a dynamic personality, and you can solve problems in a creative way /liliYou demonstrate a high level of administrative accuracy, and you enjoy motivating people and achieving your goals under pressure /liliYou are prepared to travel /liliYou are able to organize your work in an independent way according to the right priorities.
