ph3Role Mission /h3 pThe bRemarketing Business Operations Specialist /b is a key member of the Remarketing team, reporting directly to the bRemarketing Residual Value Manager /b.
/p pThe role ensures the efficient execution of administrative, operational, and reporting activities supporting the Used Cars business.
Acting as the operational point of reference within the Remarketing department, this position enables Remarketing Specialists to focus on commercial activities by ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes, accurate data management, and effective business performance monitoring.
/p pThe position combines operational excellence, sales administration, and business analysis, contributing to the development of an efficient, scalable, and data-driven Used Cars operation.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul lipCollaborate with the Remarketing Residual Value Manager in the operational management of the department.
/p /li lipWork closely with Remarketing Specialists, ensuring the effective coordination of operational, administrative, and reporting activities supporting Used Cars sales processes.
/p /li lipConsolidate and analyze Remarketing data, preparing reports and dashboards to monitor business performance and support decision-making.
/p /li lipMonitor Used Cars KPIs and provide regular analyses of business performance.
/p /li lipPrepare management presentations, business reviews, and executive summaries for internal meetings and management reviews.
/p /li lipCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth coordination of activities and information flows.
/p /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul lipMinimum b3–5 years of experience /b in the automotive industry, preferably within Used Cars, Remarketing, Sales Operations,



or Business Operations.
/p /li lipStrong understanding of Used Cars commercial processes and operational workflows.
/p /li lipProven experience in KPI monitoring, reporting, and data analysis.
/p /li lipAdvanced proficiency in bMicrosoft Excel /b, including Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis.
/p /li lipExcellent command of bMicrosoft PowerPoint /b, with the ability to create clear, professional, and impactful management presentations.
/p /li lipKnowledge of bBusiness Intelligence tools /b (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms) is considered an advantage.
/p /li lipExcellent command of both bItalian and English /b, written and spoken.
