/p pIn this role, you will have the opportunity to build and lead the bDemand Planning function /b for theb ELIP /b bBusiness Line EMEA /b — a new and critical capability within our organization.
You will have full regional accountability for demand planning across all product lines and all manufacturing sites, ensuring that customer demand signals are translated into reliable supply plans and that our operations are always one step ahead.
/p pEach day, you will drive planning initiatives to improve customer on-time delivery and lead time, and ensure adherence to inventory and supply plans.
You will work in close coordination with the planners within each of our manufacturing units, who remain locally embedded, ensuring alignment between regional demand visibility and site-level execution.
/p pThis is a newly created role, sitting within the Operations function and reporting to the Head of Operations.
It is a unique opportunity to shape the demand planning process from the ground up and make a direct impact on our ability to serve customers across the EMEA region.
/p pThis role contributes to the bELIP Business Line in the EMEA region /b.
Main stakeholders are site planners, site Operations Managers, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain Manager, Distribution Center and the BL EMEA Leadership Team.
/p pThe work model for this role is: onsite/hybrid.
/p h3You Will Be Mainly Accountable For /h3 ul liRegional Demand Planning Ownership: Own and lead the end-to-end demand planning process for the full ELIP EMEA portfolio across all product lines and manufacturing sites.




Define the planning framework, tools and standards to be applied consistently across the region.
/li liSOP Process Leadership: Lead the Sales Operations Planning (SOP) process for ELIP EMEA — driving alignment between commercial demand forecasts, production capacity and inventory levels across all sites.
Provide clear visibility of supply capacity and regional supply objectives into the SOP cycle.
/li liShort-term Planning Execution: Run a robust short-term planning and Sales Operations Execution (SOE) process, ensuring seamless alignment between planning and day-to-day execution across all manufacturing units.
/li liCoordination with Site Planners: Work in close coordination with planners embedded in each manufacturing site, providing regional direction and ensuring consistency of approach, data quality and adherence to the regional supply plan.
Support and develop the planning community across the network.
/li liInventory Management: Drive inventory optimization across the ELIP EMEA network — balancing customer service levels with working capital efficiency.
Define inventory targets and monitor adherence across all sites and product lines.
/li liCustomer Order Execution Support: Support the profitable execution of customer orders in coordination with Sales, Operations and supply units — ensuring on-time delivery and lead time commitments are met consistently.
/li liForecast Accuracy Continuous Improvement: Partner with Sales and Marketing to improve forecast accuracy and translate commercial pipeline visibility into operational readiness.

/li liPerformance Reporting: Define and track key planning KPIs (forecast accuracy, service level, inventory turns, on-time delivery).
Provide regular performance updates to the Head of Operations and BL EMEA Leadership Team with clear analysis and actionable recommendations.
/li /ul h3Qualifications For The Role /h3 ul liBachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
APICS CPIM or equivalent certification is a plus.
/li li7+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain or operations in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
/li liProven experience managing planning processes across multiple sites or in a regional scope.
/li liStrong track record in SOP/SOE process ownership and cross-functional alignment.
/li liExperience working with and coordinating distributed planning teams across geographies.
/li liBackground in electrical installation products, construction or adjacent industries is a plus.
/li liDeep knowledge of demand planning methodologies, SOP processes and inventory management principles.
/li liStrong analytical and data-driven mindset — able to translate complex demand signals into clear, actionable plans.
/li liExcellent cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills — able to align Sales, Operations and Finance around a common plan.
/li liStrong proficiency in SAP planning processes and tools, particularly PP, MRP and PP/DS, is a must; experience with S/4HANA is a plus.
/li liComfortable working across multiple sites, cultures and business functions in a matrix organization.
/li liFluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
