/p h3The Mission Core Scope /h3 ul libThe Mission: /b Supervise daily inbound shift operations (dock receiving, quality inspection, sorting, and high-density stowing), ensuring inventory is captured with 100% data accuracy and made available for customer orders instantly.
/li libThe Scope: /b You will directly lead inbound shift Team Leaders and operators, managing real-time receiving bay allocation, resolving physical and system dock bottlenecks, and maintaining strict compliance with the Italian National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL Logistica, Trasporto Merci e Spedizione).
/li /ul h3Crucial Expectations Performance Targets /h3 pTo provide a clear understanding of the accountability required, the successful candidate will be evaluated on the following key metrics during the initial 6 to 12 months: /p ul libDock-to-Stock SLA Execution: /b Manage shift operations to consistently hit or exceed target metrics for trailer unloading, item registration, and high-bay stowing, keeping dock congestion to zero.
/li libReceiving Quality Defect Control: /b Enforce strict intake inspection standards, ensuring supplier discrepancies, quantity mismatches, damaged packaging, or unreadable barcodes are immediately logged and isolated.
/li libFloor Leadership Safety: /b Manage shift scheduling, driver dock handovers,
and operator safety compliance, maintaining high team morale and strict adherence to Italian workplace health and safety laws (D.Lgs. *****).
/li libStowing Space Optimization: /b Partner closely with inventory control teams to ensure inbound stock is stowed in full compliance with automated picking profiles, maximizing spatial density across the facility.
/li /ul h3Position Requirements /h3 ul libInbound High-Velocity Logistics Competence: /b Proven operational experience supervising receiving docks, container devanning, and stowing operations within a high-volume e-commerce fulfillment center, 3PL hub, or retail distribution network.
/li libSystems WMS Literacy: /b Strong, hands?on experience utilizing advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), pallet?tracking software, RF scanners, and dock scheduling applications.
/li libLanguage Proficiency: /b Professional fluency in English and Italian is mandatory to ensure clear operational alignment with international management and fluent direction of local floor staff.
/li libOperational Flexibility: /b High adaptability regarding shift rotations (including early mornings, late evenings, or weekend shifts) required to support a 24/7 infrastructure launch.
