pIn this role you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the future-state distribution and transportation network within a global MedTech supply chain. You will work with regional and global teams to drive a multi-workstream transformation, ensuring timely, compliant delivery of network changes. The position offers high visibility across functions and regions, with a focus on readiness, governance, and continuous improvement. This is your opportunity to shape a critical, asset-light network that enables better patient outcomes. /pulliLead planning, coordination, and execution of network transition projects across distribution, transportation, and supply chain functions /liliManage multiple interrelated sub-projects in parallel with a focus on milestones and timelines /liliDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, trackers, and governance documentation /liliTrack milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues with timely escalation and resolution /liliCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness of systems, processes, and 3PL-related activities /liliSupport site transition activities including cutover planning and stabilization (hyper care) /liliEnsure alignment with standards, timelines, and future-state network objectives /liliFacilitate alignment and decision visibility across Operations, IT, Digital, Procurement, Partner Management,



and regional teams /liliPrepare governance updates with progress, risks, and key decisions /liliMaintain documentation of transition activities and lessons learned to support future deployments /liliSupport management of interdependencies between network projects and broader transformation initiatives /liliBachelor's degree required /lili5-8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, project management, or transformation programs /liliProven experience leading complex, high-visibility projects in a regional or global matrix environment /liliExcellent stakeholder management and ability to influence across functions and levels /liliExperience managing complex project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and governance /liliExperience driving operational transitions and large-scale transformation initiatives /liliUnderstanding of supply chain and distribution operations (warehouse and transportation) /liliProficiency with project planning, reporting, and governance tools; strong communication in a matrix organization /liliAbility to navigate ambiguity, drive continuous improvement, and work under pressure /liliMedTech experience and multilingual ability are advantages /li /ulIn this role you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the future-state distribution and transportation network within a gl… #J-18808-Ljbffr
