Our Company's strength lies in the breadth of our iconic brand portfolio, the diversity and passion of our 300,000 people, and our deep roots in the communities in which we operate /p pWe are looking for talented and committed Engineers to play a Production Supervisor role in one of our plants located in Abruzzo /p pSupervisor is responsible for the achievement of daily production program with the highest level of Safety, Quality, Costs and Environment. /p pSupervisor is also responsible for driving continuous improvement activities and ensures the highest skills development. /p pReporting to the Shift Manager of the Production Unit he/she is in charge, he/she is responsible for managing Team Leaders and line operators for the segment of the production line he is responsible for. /p pHe/She is responsible for all indicators in his production area: quality, safety, production, people; he will monitor, analyze, and define efficiency strategies, including through deployment to his team leaders and through continuous improvement projects, in collaboration with supporting bodies (process managers, plant managers...) /p pHe/She works in the morning from 5.45 am to 1.45 pm or from 2.15 pm to 10.15 pm on alternate weeks,



in accordance with the assigned production shifts /p pHe/she is responsible for: /p ul liManagement of Resources /li liSafety /li liQuality Control /li liWork place organization /li liAutonomous Maintenance /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pThe ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences: /p ul li1/3 years of experience in the specific or similar roles in a manufacturing plant is a plus /li liAnalytical approach /li liSense of responsibility; /li liAbility to learn and to work under pressure; /li liSense of initiative; /li liTechnical knowledge of production Press Processes and Products; /li liGood leadership skills /li /ul h3Offer /h3 ul liSalary range: from 36 K€ to 42 K€, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements /li liCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL - CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area. /li /ul pAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
