Ocala Housing Authority is seeking a Front Desk Customer Service Representative to serve walk-in and virtual customers, answer phones, grant building access, and support the highest level of customer service for clients, staff, and visitors.
The role reports to the Deputy Director and operates under limited supervision, with duties spanning front desk operations, program support, and clerical tasks to assist residents including processing forms and referrals.
