/ppThis role includes managing bookings with suppliers, coordinating services, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple destinations.
/ph3bResponsibilities /b /h3ulliManage service requests and bookings for premium clients (transfers, tours, guides, tickets, and other services).
/liliConfirm reservations and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
/liliSupport Travel Designers in the operational phase of their itineraries.
/liliMonitor service execution to ensure flawless customer experience.
/liliKeep booking information updated in company systems.
/liliCollaborate with the team to optimize processes and improve service quality.
/li /ulh3bQualifications /b /h3ullibLanguages: /b Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) and Spanish.
Portuguese is considered a strong plus.

/b Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with booking systems.
