/p h3WE ARE LOOKING FOR A HYBRID MULTICLOUD ARCHITECT /h3 pWithin the bGroup IT Department /b , the Hybrid Multicloud Architect will play a key role in defining and driving the Group cloud strategy, enabling the adoption of secure, scalable and resilient hybrid and multicloud solutions across the organization.
/p pThe position will support the integration of on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring alignment between technology strategies and business objectives while fostering innovation, agility, and operational efficiency.
/p h3Key Activities: /h3 ul lipDesign and architect hybrid and multicloud solutions that meet business, security, and compliance requirements.
/p /li lipLead cloud migration initiatives from a Group perspective, including assessment, planning, execution and optimization.
/p /li lipDevelop and maintain cloud governance frameworks, policies, and best practices.




/p /li lipCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cloud architectures support application performance, scalability, and reliability.
/p /li lipEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to enhance cloud capabilities.
/p /li lipEnsure cost-effective cloud usage through optimization and monitoring tools.
/p /li lipProvide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and operations teams.
/p /li lipManage vendor relationships and negotiate cloud service agreements.
/p /li lipMaintain documentation of architecture designs, configurations, and operational procedures.
/p /li /ul h3Key Requirements: /h3 ul lipMaster's degree in Information Security, IT or related field /p /li lipMinimum 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud architecture roles.
/p /li lipExperience supporting security maturity programs across multiple business units or regions /p /li lipDemonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders across IT and business functions /p /li lipHigh level of personal integrity and strong judgement /p /li lipStrong analytical and problem-solving skills /p /li lipSkilled in stakeholder management across business and technology functions /p /li lipStrong presentation and communication skills /p /li lipFluency in English is required.
Italian or Dutch is considered an advantage.

Azure Solutions Architect Expert /p /li lipGoogle Cloud Certified – Professional Cloud Architect /p /li lipCertified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) /p /li lipTOGAF or other enterprise architecture frameworks (optional but beneficial) /p /li /ul h3Location /h3 pRome /p h3What We Offer: /h3 pWe offer a permanent full-time contract, governed by the Energy and Petroleum Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Energia e Petrolio) and company supplementary agreements, within the employee category defined by the collective agreement.
/p pThe compensation package is expected to range between approximately €55,000 and €60,000 gross annual salary, depending on the candidate's professional experience and competencies.
