/p pWe are looking for an bAccounting Supervisor /b.
/p pThe position has been created to support the establishment and development of the company's management control and accounting structure.
The role will oversee the Accounting function, with a specific focus on service?related revenue processes.
The company aims to strengthen the Accounting Supervisor function to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the full accounting cycle.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOversee the bentire accounting cycle /b (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger) up to the pre?tax financial statements.
/li liSupervise service revenue accounting, ensuring correct recognition, compliance with internal policies,



and alignment with business operations.
/li liCoordinate and support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
/li liMonthly management control activities, ensuring basic financial monitoring and timely reporting /li liEnsure compliance with Italian accounting standards and internal control requirements.
/li liCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support financial planning, reporting, and audit activities.
/li liDrive continuous improvement of accounting processes, tools, and internal controls.
/li liProvide guidance and operational oversight to the accounting team.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum 4 years of experience in account department /li liStrong experience in accounting within service?based organizations.
/li liSolid understanding of treasury processes and revenue recognition.
/li liProven ability to manage end?to?end accounting cycles.
/li liExperience supervising small teams and working in dynamic environments.
/li liExcellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem?solving mindset.
