ppOn behalf of our client, we are looking to hire a Planning Engineer.
/ppReport to Project general Manager/Project Manager, the Planning Engineer is responsible for leading and coordinating all project support services— including cost control, planning scheduling, document control, procurement support, logistics, and administrative services— to ensure smooth project execution.
/ppThis role acts as the bridge between the technical project team and the corporate support functions, ensuring contractual and operational requirements are met in a timely, cost?effective, and compliant manner.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage all project service functions (planning, document control, logistics, and procurement support) for subsea piping scheme within offshore scope and hookup with the off/pn shore facilities.
/liliCoordinate project service teams during EPC/EPCIC phases (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, Commissioning).
/liliDevelop and maintain the Project Services Execution Plan in line with company and client requirements.
/liliOversee project cost control and forecasting activities.
/liliMonitor project budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost variances.
/liliEnsure timely preparation of cost reports and financial updates to the Project Manager.
/liliSupervise the preparation and maintenance of detailed project schedules (engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning).
/liliIntegrate subcontractor schedules into the master project schedule.
/liliMonitor progress and highlight deviations or risks to timely completion.




/liliWork closely with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
/liliSupport contract administration, including review of commercial terms, tracking variations, and monitoring contractor performance.
/liliEnsure vendor documentation and records are maintained as per quality and contractual requirements.
/liliCoordinate mobilization and demobilization of personnel, materials, and equipment to offshore and onshore sites.
/liliOversee marine logistics, customs clearance, and transportation arrangements.
/liliOversee project document control systems ensuring proper document flow between client, contractors, and internal teams.
/liliEnsure compliance with contractual submittal requirements.
/liliPrepare and issue weekly/monthly project service reports to management and clients.
/liliEnsure all project services activities comply with company HSE standards, client requirements, and local regulations.
/liliPromote a safety?first culture within the project services team.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliStrong knowledge of Primavera P6 and Projects Microsoft.
/liliExcellent organizational and time management abilities.
