/p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liDefine and implement strategies for tenders, contracts, and related business processes aligned with commercial priorities /li liLead, coach and develop a team of approximately 10 specialists, monitoring performance through defined KPIs and engagement indicators /li liManage end-to-end tender and contract lifecycle, ensuring timely submission, compliance, and high-quality deliverables /li liDrive strategic decision-making by integrating competitive insights, scenario analysis, and performance tracking (win/loss ratios, pipeline conversion) /li liInfluence cross-functional stakeholders (sales, marketing, compliance, legal) to strengthen business decisions and outcomes /li liEnsure full compliance with applicable public procurement regulations and internal policies /li liMonitor and optimize pipeline, contract governance,
